- The Service CrowdStage is a platform currently in its pre-launch phase. Our service is designed to facilitate the secure, fair, and real-time trading of event tickets.- By joining the waitlist, you are requesting early access to the platform once it becomes available.

3. Waitlist and Notifications

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the platform. CrowdStage reserves the right to roll out access in phases. By providing your email, you consent to receive platform updates and early-access invitations.

Limitation of Liability CrowdStage is provided "as is" during its beta and pre-launch phases. We are not liable for:- Any technical delays or site downtime.- Decisions regarding the timing of platform access.- Disputes between third parties regarding ticket authenticity until the platform’s official verified trading system is active.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:- Use automated systems or "bots" to harvest data or manipulate ticket availability.- Engage in fraudulent activity, including the listing of counterfeit or invalid tickets.- Attempt to bypass any security features or fairness protocols established by CrowdStage.
